All full registration packages include all course materials and 11 meals (dinner Monday Feb 18 through breakfast Friday Feb 22)
All registration packages except Commuter and Day Visitor include the accommodations described. Each package is described below.

For Credit Cart / PayPal payment click HERE. An additional (approx) 3% fee is added to cover costs (as indicated below and on registration forms).
Your registration is only confirmed upon receipt of your full payment and completed registration form.

And if you are able, please consider making a donation to our Scholarship Fund. This fund will be used to help cover the expenses of our larger resource team this year. Please indicate the amount (in $US) on your registration (donations are tax-deductible in the USA).
